Harbourfront Centre works with over 450 community organizations, and hosts more than 4,000 events a year in many disciplines such as theatre, dance, literature, music, film, visual arts and craft.
Operating a 10-acre campus on Toronto’s central waterfront, the centre features the work of contemporary Canadian artists alongside international ones.

Normally, all art exhibitions in the Harbourfront Centre are free of charge.

Most of outdoor events such as concerts, festivals, ice skating, and others, are free as well.
During winter, Harbourfront Centre offers free rental of skates at its own outdoor ice skating rink with DJ music.

Some indoor events, such as workshops, theatre, dance performances and films, are free of charge and some have a cost.
