Important information for the traveler:
• 10 min of courtesy will be waited for the arrival of all attendees.
• As you know, the reservation is free, but we accept voluntary contributions based on your satisfaction.
• Important to wear comfortable clothes, water and a camera.
• During the winter, please bring warm clothing as it can get very cold.
• The tour will NEVER be canceled due to weather conditions.
• We love punctuality, but if you arrive with the tour started… You can meet the guide at Nathan Phillips Square, about 40 min from the start of the tour.
• Tours are in English on: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• Tours are in Spanish on: Wednesday and Sunday.
